First Day of School!!!!

I was so pleased that the house echoed with as much enthusiasm for our homeschooling first day of school as it has in other years!  We woke early!  We ate breakfast with excited chatter!  Kids were dressed and beds made and hair brushed in record time!  

Soon Linnea and Marijka had packed all their school supplies into their backpacks and jumped into some cute poses....

We headed outside for the traditional going-off-to-school pictures....

Here we are!  The Bakker Family School.

 And then, after our photo session, we paused.  Well, yep, that was fun.  Now I guess we should go to school.  "Back inside, everyone!"
